100% Natural Papaya Pineapple Smoothie

Nature has already made these fruits perfect, so all we have to do is add water and blend them up!  There’s no need to add anything else to this healthy smoothie. Papayas are usually pretty big, so you can peel, seed and cube one and freeze the leftovers for later. The same goes for pineapple. The trickiest part is telling if they are ripe. If you cut it open and it’s still green and upripe, make it into spicy papaya salad “sohm tom”!

Serves 2

Prep time: 10 minutes

  • 2 cups of cubed papaya
  • 1 cup of cubed pineapple
  • Just enough water to get the fruit swirling in the blender

Add the papaya and pineapple to a blender and keep adding small amounts of water until the fruit is blended and your smoothie is as creamy or juicy as you like it.
