My sweet friend Kierra Foster-Ba is a Body Wisdom Coach (and assistant principal at a high school in Harlem for 20+ years now!) based in NYC, and she is coming to the Ithaca area to teach a 5Rhythms class on Saturday April 12th from 3-4:30pm. We have Tessa’s dance studio in the 3rd floor of the Cortland Corset Building reserved for the class.

Kierra will also be a guest DJ at Dance Church at Foundation of Light in Ithaca on Sunday April 13th from 11:30am-1pm.
