5 Minute Vegan Pizza with Avocado Sauce

Got a tortilla? Then you’ve got a pizza crust. This fabulous recipe is zippy and unique, full of protein, and it makes a great quick lunch. This was inspired by our guest house in Lake Toba, Sumatra Indonesia.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat tortilla or pita
- 1 ripe avocado smashed
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juice from 1 lime
- A dash of sea salt
- 1/8 cup of diced red cabbage
- 1/8 cup of shredded carrot
- 5 chopped green beans
- A sprinkle of roasted chopped peanuts
- Combine avocado, garlic, lime and sea salt
- Spread avocado mixture on the tortilla
- Sprinkle on the cabbage, green beans and peanuts
- Heat it up if you like
