Tahini Sriracha Shells

Creamy vegan deliciousness coating hearty whole grain noodles with splashes of fresh green leaves. So good. Cooking and prep time is 25 min. 4-6 servings

  • 16 oz. bag of whole wheat or brown rice shells (little noodles)
  • 3 Tbsp. Sriracha
  • 3 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1/8 cup chopped olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/8 cup nutritional yeast
  1. Cook noodles according to instructions in one pot while preparing the other ingredients in a frying pan
  2. Cook the mushrooms on medium heat in just enough water to cover the bottom of the frying pan
  3. After the mushrooms are soft add the olives for a couple minutes
  4. Add the tahini and sriracha to the frying pan 
  5. Remove from heat and stir into cooked, drained noodles until noodles are coated with the sauce
  6. Add the parsley and spinach and dust with nutritional yeast
